You are Loved

Did you ever feel alone? Like there’s nowhere possible in the world that you would fit in? That everywhere you look it feels like people’s eyes are on you passing judgment? Or somehow you just don’t feel like you belong anywhere?

Not everyone will accept you, or love you for who you are. People are going to ignore your statements, they are going to stump on you, yell at you, make fun of you, and hurt you in any way possible. People are cruel and destructive, I told a friend once. But some people may actually be of noble character to have a passionate heart. The heart that they furnish for the one who made them, the also same one who loves you just the way you are. You may feel very different, that no one will ever understand your way of thinking, or just simply you. But you have to know that you were not born to be like others, you were born different and you were born with someone to love you. You are loved even before you were born. And no insult, no lie and pain inflicted could every change that. You are loved, don’t let them tell you any difference. 

My child,

I offer you more than your earthly father ever could- Matthew 7:11
For I am the perfect Father- Matthew 5:48
Every good gift that you recieve comes from My hand- James 1:17
I am your provider and I meet all your needs- Matthew 6:31-33
My plan for your future has always been filled with hope- Jeremiah 29:11
Because I love you with an everlasting love- Jeremiah 31:3
My thoughts towars you are countless as the sand on the seashore-Psalm 139:17-18

His death was the ultimate expression of My love for you- 1 John 4:10
I gave up everything i love that i might gain your love- Romans 8:31-32
If you recieve the girft of My Son Jesus, you recieve Me- 1 John 2:23
And nothing will ever seperate you from My love again- Romans 8:38-39
Come home and I will throw the biggest party heaven has ever seen-Luke 15:17
I have always been Father, and will always be Father- Ephesians 3:14-15
My question is…will you be My child?- John 1:12-13

May 1: Grace

Many things happened, a lot of days have passed, millions of hearts have been fixed, billions are still broken. Tears as much as the sea have fallen, God’s hands wiping every one of it. Humans don’t live by their own strength alone, they don’t conquer waves by their might, because every single one and every single day, we are undeserving, yet this ultimate- amazing grace keeps us going, thriving, surviving, overcoming. 

It’s another day, new dreams dawn, some old dreams fade, still some fulfilled. We are naturally selfish, too much of ourselves eating our whole being, not knowing and acknowledging who suffered so we could continue living. Everyday is not a struggle, it is a gift, a gift of grace it is. It is a chance to apologize and forgive, to receive and to give back, to love and be loved, to heal and be healed. It includes a choice, between bitterness and courage, doubt and faith. 

God has been more wonderful, even if we go astray, He is always patient enough to deliver us from our troubled souls. Several of us throw their lives away, countless don’t know grace at all, myriad are searching at the wrong places, yet some have been found Home. Heaps live through bitterness, gobs fight fire with fire. So I wonder, why couldn’t people actually forget about pride and show grace instead? For we have been saved through grace, it is not our own doing, it is something heavenly. So live the everyday grace of God by living with grace, showing grace, spearding love. Because what if at the end of the world, Christ would ask you this:

Have you shown grace as you were shown grace? 

What would your answer be? 

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.

Starting is one thing, yet living by it is another

Have you ever had those days of emptiness? The ones that you can’t feel anything, or you just don’t understand what you feel? It can’t be just me. 

It’s very disturbing and sad. I struggle even talking with God when I shouldn’t. I think most of it came from guilt and shame and indiscipline. But everybody has to choose, between sin and Christ. I’m aware of that, and I choose Jesus. It won’t always be easy, but it’s up to you and to me. 

Grace found me by Grace Chong ~April 29 

When we begin our walk with Jesus, we shed the sins that used to weigh us down. We are on fire with testimonies of how we were freed from past misdemeanors. Then somewhere down the road, we lose our discipline, and we realize that some sins like anger, envy, and bitterness are not that easy to cast away. 

Before we know it, we are back to our old selves, obese with the sins that displeases God.

I think that’s what’s happening. But I’m strongly reminded about what my priorities are. I want to know God more, yet I build a wall of sin between us. I need to be disciplined, and I’m willing to be disciplined.  

cont…Discipline is not very pleasant, neither is it easy. That’s why it takes commitment, focus, and determination. Starting is one thing, but sticking to it can be difficult. This is why we need God’s work in us to be able to succeed. We need His strength is disciplining ourselves. 

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peacefor those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:11

Oh God, do Your work in me.

Jason Gray was right; sometimes we forget who we are, because of forgetfulness and even willful rebellion, we sin and we feel like we can never be enough. So we run to affairs, we run to materialism, to the fantasy world of pornography, we run to workaholism; and these things are not able to tell us that we are worth something, sometimes it even turn us to shame. If only we would run to Jesus, He is the only one who can tell us who we are, and He’ll tell us that we are His beloved, we are the one He loves, and we are enough because He says so. And if we have Jesus, all of those temptations loose their appeal because we’ll know the shame of what it brings.

I Believe God Still Speaks

I believe God still speaks, I believe in the Scriptures. -David Bowden

Truly I believe in the Bible, for Bible says, that Bible is God-breathed. (2 Timothy 3:16) 

I don’t know where you’re at in life right now, maybe you’re asking God questions, maybe you’re crying out to Him for help, or maybe you just want to talk to Him. God never fails to answer even our most foolish questions and He never fails to listen even to our most childish thoughts. And last night, I asked Him are all of what I’m doing even worth it? I asked God if there’s anything He wanted to tell me before I open the Bible and wonderfully God spoke to me through Psalm 37:4-5. 

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. Psalm 37:4-5

I don’t know with you, but I believe that He just told me it’ll be worth it.
